missingWrote a review on 09 Decroom cleanliness
Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. The room I stayed in had leftover food in the mini fridge from the previous guest, raising questions about cleanliness. Additionally, there was no screen on the second-floor windows, making security a concern. The TV lost sound after a few minutes, and when I reported it, I was told to use closed captioning instead of having it fixed. I encountered mold on the shower curtain, which led to my partner refusing to use the bathroom. Light fixtures in the room lacked bulbs and the ones I was able to procure worked poorly due to a short in the power cord. Moreover, the $100 deposit policy left me with unplanned cash flow issues as it took 13 days to refund the amount, despite being initially told I'd get it back by the next morning.

More pros than cons, but still…
I encountered a very accommodating front desk staff, who helped me feel at ease during my stay. The location was also ideal, situated just minutes from my family’s home.
Unfortunately, the facilities are quite dated and in need of upgrades. Additionally, I faced issues with noise from adjoining rooms that disrupted my peace at night.

Housekeeping needs serious attention to detail!!! The bathrooms lack adequate cleanliness standards, and those Wi-Fi connections leave much to be desired!!! It'd be great to see an upgrade in the overall facilities!!!

I checked into a King Room Non-Smoking. The staff greeted me warmly, creating an inviting atmosphere. The bed felt comfortable, perfect for a restful night. I appreciated the access to tea and coffee facilities in the room. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the carpet and some dust in the corners. The pressing issue came when I opened the mini fridge. it contained leftover food from the previous guest. After notifying the front desk, their solution involved me throwing it away while they cleaned the fridge later. I also noticed mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom, which was a bit unsettling. Despite that, the service remained professional, and they promptly addressed my concerns. I did face some noise from the hallway during the night, which slightly disrupted my sleep. The breakfast options were underwhelming, with limited choices available. Overall, there were highlights, but the cleanliness and maintenance could really use improvement.
